Scrapfreak Chat & Halloween in July

It has been a typical July here in PA...hot and humid with lots of sun and some thunder showers here and there. Some days, the heat just gets to me, and I feel like a slug. I guess I should suck it up because in less than 2 weeks, we will be in good old Florida where I am sure the heat is much worse. Yesterday was one of those slug days where I felt like doing nothing. I don't like that because I always feel better when I get things done. I am not a "sitter". I like to keep going, and my mind rarely ever shuts down. I was dead set on scrapping something, but that never happened. Sometimes, I am full of creative energy, and sometimes I feel like I could not create my way out of a paper bag...LOL!

So, I was thrilled to be asked to be a part of a chat at the Scrapfreak website. I am pretty excited about it. I know several girls over there from other message boards, and I look forward to chatting with them once again. Plus, I love to talk about scrapbooking with people who "get it", so I think it will be fun. It will be on Monday, July 21 at 7:00 PM CST. Stop by the Scrapfreak chat room if you have a moment. Anyway, since I was not feeling the scrappy vibes today, I will share with you a layout that I did a little while back for a Halloween call for BHG Scrapbooks, etc.
