Scraplifting myself again!

I really had fun lifting one of my old layouts last week. I just received my new BasicGrey Marrakech in the mail this past weekend, and I am itching to scrap once again. I had planned on doing some scrapping this weekend, but well....you know what they say about plans! So, I am going to try for this week. Maybe I will start while Ryan is at karate today with his Dad.

I decided to lift this layout that I did in October 2006: This is my niece, Emily, from the summer of 2006. Boy how time flies, huh? I remember taking this picture, and it feels like it was only yesterday! I think that using Marrakech with this design will be great...I'll be able to use a lot of the great patterns for the strips! Cool!

    Denine, you are so talented! I love the background in this layout - it's perfect with the photo. I agree, I think this design will look awesome with the new BG! i'd love to get some of that line - i think it would be awesome for boy pages. :) can't wait to see what you create! i hope you have a great week. :)
